Two out of Three

I seriously think that achieving two out of three goals is more than wad i expected of myself.
1. Organizing
Organizing a tournament that was generally smooth and well run with ceremonies looking grand and organized, logistics stuffs that were settled very well and bazaar....a hit with the competitors and public :) i applaud my sub committees for a job well done and i do apologize if at times i have 'extended PMS'. hahaha i get stressed easily and its not everyday dat i lose my temper :p and also to Dr Saiful for being mean and rude....but i juz cant help it. Im pulled from all sides and wen he asks a simple and what-i-think-is-not-important task 2 be done, i juz cant be bothered and lose my cool. To my sub comms...sometimes i push u too hard, coz im a perfectionist and i dun wanna look bad executing what was painfully planned. And wen pple like abg jas scold me in front of others, i get malu. So dats y i push u guys and dun look appreciative
I think Kamal is fantastic. He knows how to take charge and take control. I dun. I know how 2 do things well and good but i dun take ownership and make pple listen to me. Kamal knows how to be professional and be cool in front of others...then let off steam at the back with all the *@!#? words. hahaha but thats the way it should be done. His presence as events manager is great....OK lah altho we fight on whose comm is better, i think both our comms are winners in our own ways :)
Md Noor...u rock la u hahaha same as kamal, he knows to let off steam at the back but remain tempered in front of others. I think both are good liaison officers and i have much to learn. Sometimes i can be pleasant...but wen pple take u for granted...jaga ah hahahaha But other than that, he's a great PD...keeps the committee focussed and on track to pull off a great tournament.
Raiyan...jgn ckp la haha he's our captain marvel....tak tido pasal buat technical stuff, maseh bole menang gold hehee congrats!
2. Silver for Regu
If u wanna call it a miracle, i'd be glad to share ur sentiments! im very syukur that even with just 2 weeks of practice, we got silver and lost the gold by just 1 point. I think it says much abt the level of commitment, dedication and desire to bring back a medal. And we beat the girls!
3. Loss in Tanding
Well, there was sumthin 2 sacrifice coz im not superman. heh but i'll be back nez year wif a greater desire and passion to actualli win. I was actually of my opponent coz he's good and from national and all dat. But wen i tink again, dis was the guy whom i exchanged hp nos wif on the last day! sheesh...dunno y i scared for hahaha but of course a learning lesson for me....if i overcome my fear, insya allah im able to perform better...muz remember dat!
Yesterday was realli tiring coz we completed all the logistic stuff with just 12 pple. IF there was one thing im disappointed thru out the tournament, is the responsibility of the peeps. Its always the same pple doing the so called 'dirty' work. What happened to bonding and doing things together? bile time happi2, everyone wants 2 join in. But wen ask for help, pple disappear. But its the same everywhere....it is to be expected. I shall upload the pics later on hahahah and thanks guys for a great dinner at east coast lagoon and sitting by the waterbreak :) its indeed a well deserved break for all of us :)
