Weekend Getaway
Imagine dragging urself out of bed on a rainy Sunday morning at 7am arghhh...hahaha but it was well worth it :D cip asked me to accompany him to buat name cards for MS exco, but he conveniently forgot to mention he was goin for a seminar as well at some hotel at Stulang Laut. So terpaksa ikot haha but it turned out to be a very fruitful session. It was a preview of the ESQ training conference and i think i learned quite a bit so gonna share some stuff :) bulan baik....
it is common that we measure success based on IQ, and tend to forget about two more 'weapons' at our disposal - Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. By utilizing these and synergyzing them will provide us with a better attitude towards doing things and since attitude makes up 80% whereas skills and knowledge only 20%...success is realli dependent on our attitude :) We seek to search for happiness, but wen are we truly happy? Is our ends really an end or are they means to another end? How is it that we need/desire/crave for honesty, love, patience?
It truly was an eye opener...i do wanna go for the training workshop...and network with pple. Learning for the sake of learning ":)
just a thot: happiness is wen ure rid of jealousy/revenge/anger/sorrow/wanting to be mean
